Troels Folmann, the British Academy Award-winning composer behind the music of Tomb Raider Legend and the music supervisor of Underworld, has composed an epic demonstration piece using Tonehammer Dhol drums. Folmann also uses the same custom orchestra and choir he used in composing the neo-‘Raider scores, giving Lara Croft fans a treat with familiar sounds.

This one’s a late pick-up, yes, but it does deserve its own post. You can download the demo here, or you can stream the piece from the personal blog of Troels Folmann himself. Two additional demos are posted at the Tonehammer Epic Dhol page. Make the jump here.
